Well, that's us all back in the office again after a very successful and enjoyable week in Brussels.

It's always a pleasure to meet up with our existing customers. It is much easier to develop good working relationships with our customers face-to-face, rather than by email or telephone. Meeting like this in Brussels also gives us to the chance to get a feel of our customers' requirements for the upcoming seasons, in particular the herring season, which we hope will begin soon.

This was also the first time we'd met some of our newer customers. It's always nice to be able to put a face to the name and also the voice. Also, whilst outside the stand, we had many enquiries from potential customers.

Our stand was the same as in previous years. We find that our stand is particularly well suited for our needs. The only difference to the stand this year was a water feature out front. This attracted quite a lot of attention, some people even stopped to have their photo taken next to it!

Our party on the Tuesday evening took place at Le Bouche a Oreille. The venue was lovely although the location did cause confusion for the taxi drivers! However, a good night seemed to be had by all. The food was excellent and the salsa dancers were very entertaining.

If you happened to miss us at Brussels, then perhaps you may have the chance to catch us at Polfish. This is taking place in Gdansk between 29th and 31st May. John and Billy will be at our stand in Hall 5, Stand B09.
